CHIVALRY SCHOLARSHIP

Each year the Centennial High School Athletic Booster Club awards Chivalry Scholarships in the amount of  $1,000 each to one male and one female student athlete based upon the applications completed and received. The awards take into account athletic involvement and achievement, academic record, volunteer contributions, and teacher recommendations.  All those interested should complete the application and return it to the front office no later than Monday, May 10, 2010.  Please ask that the completed package, with recommendation letters, be placed in the Booster Club President’s folder. The scholarship winners will be chosen on Monday evening, May 17, 2010, by the Executive Board and announced at the general board meeting on the same date. The Scholarship awards will be sent directly to the university of the winner’s choice to pay for any expenses the student may have including, tuition, room, and board.  Should the winner attend a university on a full scholarship, they will still receive the recognition and the money will remain in the scholarship pool.
